Abuse Policy

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy is designed to ensure the safe, efficient, and ethical use of hosting services provided by First Bilişim. By accepting this policy, users agree not to misuse First Bilişim's server resources.

2. Purpose of the Service
First Bilişim provides users with high-performance, uninterrupted services with dedicated resources. The purpose of this service is to provide a high-performance hosting service that is secure, legal, and ethical. Misuse of First Bilişim hosting services is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited when using First Bilişim services:

• Spam and Mass Emailing: Sending spam, advertisements, or unauthorized bulk emails through First Bilişim is prohibited.
• DDoS and Other Cyber Attacks: Engaging in DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute force attempts, or any other cyber-attacks using First Bilişim servers is strictly forbidden.
• Hosting Illegal Content: Hosting files that infringe on copyrights, illegal products and services, or any material related to child exploitation is prohibited.
• Malicious Software: Hosting or distributing viruses, malware, trojans, or any software that causes security vulnerabilities is not allowed on First Bilişim servers.
• Excessive Traffic Usage: Excessively using system resources (CPU, RAM, disk, and bandwidth) to the detriment of other users is prohibited. In cases of systematic resource overuse, users may be warned or services suspended.

4. Fair Usage Policy
First Bilişim hosting services come with dedicated resources for each user. However, excessive resource usage may affect other users. Therefore:

• Efficient Use of Resources: Users must use allocated resources only for the specified services. Running illegal operations or applications that result in high CPU or memory usage is prohibited.
• File Hosting and Distribution: Excessive use of the server for file hosting or distribution that impacts server performance is not allowed.

5. Unauthorized Access
Any attempts to gain unauthorized access to servers, exploit systems, or take advantage of security vulnerabilities are prohibited. Unauthorized access to another user's data, accounts, or systems will result in termination of services.

6. Service Suspension and Termination
If users violate this policy, First Bilişim reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken in the event of serious violations.

7. Legal Obligations and Cooperation
Users must comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international regulations. First Bilişim reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities in the event of any violations.

8. Actions in Case of Violations

• First Violation Warning: Users will be notified of the violation upon the first offense.
• Suspension or Termination for Repeated Violations: Services may be suspended or permanently terminated if violations are repeated.
• Immediate Termination for Severe Violations: In cases of severe violations (such as illegal activities), services will be immediately terminated, and the matter will be reported to the authorities.

9. High Resource Usage

• Traffic and Bandwidth Limits: Users must not exceed the allocated traffic and bandwidth limits. Persistent overuse may result in service restrictions by the provider.
• CPU and RAM Usage: Allocated CPU and RAM resources must be used to maintain consistent server performance. Activities requiring excessive resources, such as mining, are strictly prohibited.

10. Updates and Changes
First Bilişim reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. After updates, users must accept these changes. Users will be informed about any changes.

11. Legal Obligations and Jurisdiction
In the event of disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey will apply, and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction.
