Cancellation and Refund Terms

If the CLIENT wishes to benefit from the services offered by First Bilişim, the service will commence upon the upfront payment of the requested amount after receiving the offer. The delivery date of the service is considered the start date of the recurring payment period, and the same date will be set as the payment due date for subsequent periods. If the client fails to make the payment within the specified timeframe, they will be deemed in default. In such cases, First Bilişim reserves the right to issue a currency difference invoice or request a monthly 15% late payment interest from the invoice date. The client agrees and undertakes to pay this late payment interest and currency difference invoice.

If the statutory default interest rate stipulated in the Law on Legal Interest and Default Interest (Law No. 3095) for commercial transactions exceeds the mentioned interest rate, the parties agree that the statutory commercial default interest rate will apply. The client declares, accepts, and undertakes to pay interest, attorney fees, and all other legal expenses in the event of a lawsuit or enforcement proceeding arising from this agreement.

The service fee is the amount specified during the order process, calculated by adding VAT. First Bilişim reserves the right to change prices and tariffs, and the client hereby declares their acceptance of such changes in advance.

Billing and Verification Process

Invoices are issued electronically and delivered via the client portal or the registered email address. Under the Tax Procedure Law, it is the client's responsibility to provide accurate information.
Newly registered clients may access services through verification via call center, email, or support system when necessary. Services will not be provided, and invoices will not be issued to clients who fail to complete verification.

Payment and Service Processes

Clients who fail to make payments will receive a warning via email. However, even if the warning is not received due to system issues, clients are responsible for tracking the due dates of their services.
One day after the due date, services will be suspended. Data related to the suspended service will be retained for three days. If payment is not made within this period, the data will be permanently deleted, and First Bilişim will not be held liable for data loss.

Server Hosting and Service Cancellations

If payment for server hosting services is not made within 15 days, First Bilişim will no longer be responsible for the server, and the company will not be held liable for any damages or malfunctions, including disposal. In cases of non-payment, First Bilişim reserves the right to seize the server.
Unpaid services will be suspended or deleted, and First Bilişim cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from this situation.

Refund Policy

Clients may request refunds for certain products and services within three days. After deducting the charges for used days, the refund will be processed. However, the refund guarantee does not cover the following services:

• Server rentals and hosting services
• ISP Dedicated / ISP VDS and proxy services
• Technical support, installation, and optimization services
• Licenses, SSL, and domain registration/transfer services
• Services provided for free as part of a campaign

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued using different methods or to different individuals. A refund invoice is legally required for the refund process.

Usable Account Balance and Refund Conditions

For refund requests after three days, unused balances will be credited to the client's account as a usable balance. This balance can only be used for new service purchases and cannot be requested for a refund again.
If a promotional service is canceled, charges for services provided for free will be deducted from the balance.

Service Suspension and Termination

Abusive or rude behavior towards employees will result in service termination and the permanent deletion of all data. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Actions damaging the commercial reputation of First Bilişim and its employees will result in liability for compensation. İstanbul Courts have jurisdiction.

Special Conditions

Services causing harm to servers or disruptions/slowdowns will be terminated without refund. The client agrees to compensate for any damages caused.
