This agreement is made between Muhammet Soyoğlu (hereinafter referred to as "First Bilişim") and the CUSTOMER to outline the terms and conditions for using products and services such as hosting, server rental, software, and internet services.

Customer:
The individual or legal entity receiving the service (hereinafter referred to as "CUSTOMER").
This agreement covers the rights and obligations regarding the products or services ordered by the CUSTOMER electronically through First Bilişim’s website. It regulates the details of the services, terms of use, and mutual responsibilities of the parties.
Service Delivery:
Service details will be sent to the email address provided by the CUSTOMER during registration. The CUSTOMER is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.
Terms of Use:
The CUSTOMER agrees to use the service in compliance with the law and ethical standards.
The following activities are not permitted:
If such activities are detected, the service will be terminated without any refund.
Payment:
Services are activated upon full payment. Payments are made in advance unless otherwise specified.
Refund:
Security:
The CUSTOMER is responsible for the security of their passwords. Any damage caused by sharing passwords with unauthorized persons is the CUSTOMER’s responsibility.
Legal Liability:
The CUSTOMER assumes all legal and criminal liability for illegal content, SPAM distribution, and copyright violations. The CUSTOMER shall not engage in behavior that could harm First Bilişim’s reputation.
Technical Support:
First Bilişim provides technical support only for the services it offers. CUSTOMER’s own software is outside the scope of technical support.
Uptime Guarantee:
First Bilişim guarantees 99% uptime for service continuity, excluding maintenance work and attacks.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices.
In cases of force majeure, such as war, natural disasters, or terrorist acts lasting more than 30 days, the agreement will automatically terminate. The parties’ rights prior to termination remain reserved.
Data Controller:
First Bilişim processes personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Purpose of Data Processing:
Your data is processed to fulfill the agreement and meet legal obligations.
Data Transfer:
Data may be transferred domestically or internationally to third parties with security measures in place.
The CUSTOMER accepts all terms and conditions stated on First Bilişim’s website. This agreement, along with general terms of use and cancellation-refund policies, forms a whole.
This agreement takes effect when the CUSTOMER purchases the service. First Bilişim reserves the right to modify the terms of the agreement. Staying informed of changes is the CUSTOMER’s responsibility.

Before performing any transactions on the First Bilişim website, please read the Privacy Policy carefully. First Bilişim may share non-personal information, such as gender ratios and operating systems used by visitors, with third parties. No consent is required for the statistical use and sharing of such information. Personal information, however, is not shared with third parties or organizations unless required by legal regulations. Personal information may be shared with websites under the ownership of FIRST BİLİŞİM for promotional or informational purposes.
Depending on the nature of the products and services purchased, such as licenses, SSL, and domain names, certain information may be shared with third parties to perform service delivery and registration processes. Such sharing is mandatory to fulfill the requested transaction.
If domain registration is involved, First Bilişim may provide whois information to institutions and organizations designated by ICANN regulations. For domain registrations, whois and account information provided to the domain operator may be processed and stored.
First Bilişim takes all possible technological measures to ensure the absolute security of all information obtained from visitors. However, it should be understood that no digital data or technological system is entirely secure. First Bilişim will utilize all available means to minimize damage or prevent harm to personal data in the event of errors or unauthorized access. Bank and credit card information used in online transactions is protected using 128-bit encryption technology and forwarded to the relevant bank.
First Bilişim may update incorrect or incomplete information provided by visitors through cross-checking methods or with the correct information obtained at the visitor's request. Incorrect information may also be deleted.
First Bilişim, as a legal entity, reserves the right to change or remove the privacy policy, site information, or access to these pages at any time without prior notice.
